NavyHorse started in 2006 as a spin-off of memoryBlue - a boutique provider of outsourced Inside Sales services designed to help high-tech sales people grow healthy sales funnels and surface qualified opportunities.

In order to keep pace with client demand and four consecutive years of triple-digit growth required memoryBlue to develop a system that consistently attracts a high volume of qualified inside sales candidates. Every possible resource was utilized: employee referrals, job postings, resume databases, on campus recruiting, and third party recruiting agencies.
