Chris Corcoran, Founding Partner

Chris Corcoran overseas all day-to-day operations for the firm he co-founded in 2006.

Under his leadership, NavyHorse has emerged as a challenger to traditional search firms focused on the high-tech industry by offering a unique, non-biased candidate screening process that helps hiring managers see which candidates are "hard wired" to succeed in sales.

Prior to NavyHorse, Chris co-founded memoryBlue, a leading outsourced Inside Sales provider for the high-tech industry where he served as an integral part in building a foundation for high growth with responsibilities in marketing, recruiting, sales, operations, and client delivery. Chris helped memoryBlue double year-over-year revenue for 4 consecutive years and grew the company to 20+ employees supporting over a dozen high-tech companies.

Before co-founding memoryBlue Chris held both Inside and Field Sales responsibilities for DIGEX, SAVVIS, and F5 Networks.

Chris holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Marc Gonyea, Founding Partner

Marc Gonyea co-founded NavyHorse in 2006 and currently helps set the strategic direction for the firm.

Concurrently, Marc operates memoryBlue, a leading outsourced Inside Sales provider for the high-tech industry. Under his leadership, memoryBlue has developed into one of the leading outsourced Inside Sales providers for the high-tech industry. Marc spearheads all growth initiatives for memoryBlue including the industry's first Try + Hire service.

Before co-founding memoryBlue Marc held both Inside and Field Sales responsibilities for CA and MicroStrategy.

Marc holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from George Mason University.
